Paranormal Carolina will engage Greensboro’s community in Carolina Theatre’s rich and fascinating history – particularly the ghostly encounters which guests, performers, and workers have experienced in her 90 years standing! While the latter half of the night will focus on a paranormal investigation, guests will first be ushered through a veritable “haunted house” history tour! This scripted tour has several small cameos scattered throughout; including ghostly figures and performers from the theatre’s past! Most roles are silent or will require little scripted dialogue. A dress rehearsal will also be filmed for future virtual use. Actors cast are volunteering their time, no stipend is provided. However, they will receive movie tickets and are invited to participate in the rest of the night’s festivities!
Show Date: October 21 (Filming on October 7th, Dress on October 14th)
Rehearsals will be largely independent, with one or two read-throughs after casting.
Show Location: Carolina Theatre (310 S Greene St., Greensboro, NC)
