The Community Theatre of Greensboro is excited to bring The Wizard of Oz to the Carolina Theatre stage for the 30th year!
We have some surprises and celebrations in store for this special year!
The Community Theatre of Greensboro Presents The Wizard of Oz – 30th Annual Production
For 30 years, The Community Theatre of Greensboro has been bringing the magic of The Wizard of Oz to life, creating an unforgettable experience for audiences of all ages. Performed at the historic Carolina Theatre in downtown Greensboro, this annual production has become a cherished tradition in the Triad. With a cast and crew of around 100 dedicated individuals each year, no other show in the region compares in its scale, heart, and community spirit.
What makes this production truly special is the multigenerational legacy it has fostered. Over the years, children who once performed in The Wizard of Oz have returned as adults, many now bringing their own children to share in the magic. Join us as we journey down the Yellow Brick Road once again in this beloved classic!
