ONLINE TICKET SALES

Online ticket sales for each performance will close 1 hour before the show. This allows the Box Office staff to print and organize the will-call tickets for each performance.

TICKET EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

If a conflict arises and you need to exchange your purchased tickets for a different date, please call or email the box office at least 24 hours prior to the performance. Exchanges are subject to availibility. CTG is not able to issue partial or full refunds for any ticket or membership purchases, except in the event that CTG cancels a performance. See more below.

CANCELED SHOWS

During inclement weather or unsafe road conditions, CTG may cancel a performance or event. In the event of a cancellation, an email will be sent to all ticket holders, and posts will be made on our website and social media. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders may reschedule their tickets for a different performance (subject to availability), or receive a refund.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Starr Theatre is accessible to guests with mobility disabilities. To reserve accessible seating, please call or email the box office. For any additional accommodations, please call or email us. 

STUDENT TICKETS

The Community Theatre of Greensboro offers a “Student Rush” – 10 minutes prior to show time, any seat is $15 with any Student ID. We also offer Pay-What-You-Can night’s for our mainstage productions. Join our mailing list or follow us on Facebook to find out when the next PWYC performance is. ($5 Recommended Donation)

BOX OFFICE HOURS

The Community Theatre of Greensboro Box Office is open Tuesdays-Fridays between the hours of 12-4PM

Please note that the box office is not available for phone calls during weekends, even during the run of a show. To exchange or purchase tickets during the weekend, our box office opens 45 minutes before the show.

NOTE: DUE TO GUILFORD COUNTY FIRE CODE, ALL PATRON ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A TICKET TO ATTEND ANY PRODUCTION

Any child under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult when attending any performance.
(Pricing is determined by where in the venue you choose to sit, rather than the age of the patron)
