Set in small-town Alabama during the Depression – and seen through the eyes of a young tomboy – this Pulitzer Prize-winning tale is about innocence, tolerance, family, and the courage to live what you believe. An important message for all during Black History Month!

9 to 5Music by Dolly Parton. Book bby Patricia Resnick, based on the screenplay by Patrica Resnick and Colin Higgins.

Pushed to the boiling point by their sexist, egotistical, bigoted, hypocritcal boss, three female co-workers concoct a plan to get even with him. The women conspire to take control of their company and learn there’s nothing they can’t do – even in a man’s world. Set in the 1970s, 9 to 5: The Musical is a hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era. It’s outrageous, thought-provoking, and even slightly romantic. If you loved the movie, don’t miss it!
