CTG also invites volunteers with special needs to reach out to us and find out how we can make you part of the CTG family. She is an honor roll student who loves all genres of music and playing softball, basketball, and soccer with her friends. Miranda Almy (Oompa Loompa) is a rising fourth-grader at General Green Elementary School. She loves art, being outdoors, and spending time with friends. This is Miranda’s first show with CTG. Hannah Barger (Oompa Loompa) is a rising seventh-grader who will be attending Brown Summit Academy. She is a member of the Our Lady of Grace Church children’s choir and has been participating in community theatre for two years. Blaine Bentsen (Villager, Wonka Ensemble) goes to Kernodle Middle School. His favorite colors are green, orange, and red. Blaine competed in this year’s Triad Idol competition. His last CTG show was The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Michael Beyrer (Grandpa Joe) works as an EC teacher assistant in Claxton Elementary. He moved from New York in 1986 to attend The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has a bachelors in speech communication. Willy Wonka is Michael’s first show. Taylor Beyrer (Violet Beauregarde) is a member of her school’s chorus, takes singing and piano lessons, and played “Annie” in her school’s production of Annie. Taylor, a Triad Idol finalist, has participated in talent shows and attended CTG summer camps. Gabrielle Bozeman (Oompa Loompa) is a rising fifth-grader at Gibsonville Elementary. Her hobbies include dancing and singing. Gabrielle is a member of Daliana’s Troupe Bellysima. This is Gabrielle’s first show with CTG. James Brown (Oompa Loompa) was born in Guilford County. He is a rising sixth-grader at Jamestown Middle School. He is a choir member at East White Oak Baptist Church. James has played soccer for seven years. Jerolyn Brown (Villager, Wonka Ensemble, Phineous Trout understudy) is a reading teacher at Northwest Middle School. She grew up in Raleigh, NC and attended UNCG. Her hobbies include reading, shopping, and watching good movies. Amy Brubaker (Veruca) is a rising sixth-grader at Northern Middle. She loves gymnastics, dance, swimming, and acting. Amy was previously seen in CTG’s Wizard of Oz, Children of Eden, and Artistic Motion Dance Company’s Grinch, and Aladdin. Raven Bullock (Oompa Loompa) loves to sing, dance, and go shopping. Raven is a rising fifth-grader who loves to read, play volleyball, and spend time with her family. Emily Burton (Augustus Gloop) is a rising fifth-grader at Erwin Montessori. Her first “big break” was with CTG when she was five, as a munchkin in The Wizard of Oz. She would like to thank Mitchell and CTG for all the opportunities over the years. Rachel Callahan (Oompa Loompa) is a rising third-grader at Northern Elementary. She is thrilled to be in her first production. She loves dancing, singing, gymnastics, soccer, and swimming. Britt Carruthers (Oompa Loompa) is a rising fifth-grader at Erwin Montessori Elementary. She plays piano, loves horses, and recently ran her third 5K. Britt enjoys tubing and hopes to learn wakeboarding on Hyco Lake this summer. Robert Chambers IV (Oompa Loompa, Village Youth Ensemble) attends Millis Road Elementary. He is an AB Honor Roll Student who enjoys sports, fishing, dancing, and singing with his father’s band. He also volunteers at the Guilford County Animal Shelter. Katie Clark (Oompa Loompa, Village Youth Dancer) is a nine-year-old rising fourth-grader at Jesse Wharton Elementary. Katie has performed in various productions in school, church, and the Rockingham County Theatre Guild. She is proud to join her older brother for this production. Will Clark (Charlie Bucket) is a 12-year-old rising seventh-grader at Mendenhall Middle School. He is proud to give a shout-out to his fellow scouts of Troop 214, band members of the Mendenhall Band, old friends, and new friends. He is also proud to join his younger sister in this production. Abby Cockman (Ms. Salt) is pleased to perform with such an amazing ensemble. Other roles in community theatre include: Gladhand in West Side Story, Rowena in Once Upon a Mattress, and Carnelle in The Miss Firecracker Contest. Joshua Cook (Oompa Loompa) is a rising fifth-grader at Alamance Elementary who enjoys acting, drawing, bike riding, and helping animals. He has participated in several CTG camps and looks forward to his second CTG production. Caroline Cottingham (Wonka Ensemble, Villager) is a rising eighth-grader at Northern Middle School. She loves singing, dancing, drama, and piano. She has participated in CTG’s Triad Idol for the past four years as well as other CTG events and summer camps. Emily Crowder (Ensemble) is a first-grade teacher at Bluford Elementary. She was in many plays in high school. Emily enjoys reading and spending time with friends. She lives with her spouse and many animals in Greensboro. Stephanie Dawson (Violet) is a rising eighth-grader at Brown Summit Middle School. She enjoys acting, singing, reading, and playing piano. She has participated in many camps, classes, and shows with CTG. She is very excited to be a part of this special production. She has a sister and a cat. Ashley Ducker (Oompa Loompa) is a rising third-grader at Northern Elementary. She loves art and music. Her favorite subject in school is science. She loves playing with her family’s cocker spaniel, Pinot. Izzy DuMond (Oompa Loompa) is a rising fourth-grader at Oak Ridge Elementary. She enjoys music, gymnastics, and cheerleading. She cheers for Pop Warner Oak Ridge Colts and placed 8th at Nationals in Orlando, FL. This is her first production with CTG. Sydnie Durham (Oompa Loompa) has been blessed to be a part of several CTG productions including The Wizard of Oz and Dr. Dolittle. She recently performed in a dance adaptation of The Wiz with the Pointe Studio of Dance. Thank you, family, friends, and CTG staff! Lauren Easter (Oompa Loompa) has been singing and dancing since she was three years old. She won the National Award of Excellence in the PTA Reflections contest for musical composition in 2009. Her Odyssey of the Mind team placed fourth in the state. This is Lauren’s first CTG production. Virginia Elliott (Mrs. Beauregarde) is currently a fifth-grade teacher at Parkview Elementary. She enjoys teaching students problem solving skills and loves to make them laugh. Virginia is thrilled to be part of Willy Wonka, her first CTG show. Kimmy Fiorentino (Dancer) is a rising senior at Northwest High School where she has performed as Medea in Medea in Black and White and The Doll in Cinderella. Kayleigh Foster (Oompa Loompa) is a ten-year-old who has been dancing and singing for as long as she can remember. She sends love to her family for always encouraging her in both these activities. Jonathan Fraher (Ensemble, Villager) started singing at the age of ten. Since then, he has been in a handful of musicals and singing competitions. He hopes to continue performing after he graduates from Grimsley High School. Stacy Gibbs (Phineous Trout) is making her CTG debut. She was last seen in Black Voices: The Soul That Lies Within. Her hobbies include singing and reading. Stacy is a Curriculum Specialist for Guilford County Schools and is completing her doctoral studies at the University of Georgia. Franchesca Gantt (Grandma Georgina) was born in Chapel Hill and grew up in Durham. She graduated from C.E. Jordan High and went on to graduate from UNCG. She started teaching family and consumer sciences and currently teaches at Northeast Middle School. Go Rams! Andrea Geller (Villager, Wonka Ensemble) is a twelve-year-old sixth-grader at Kernodle Middle School. She makes videos with her friends for fun and has participated in her school’s chorus. She is attending CTG camps this summer. Persia Ghotbi-Taheri (Oompa Loompa) enjoys jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop, performing with the Jammin’s Jumpers, and Persian Dance Ensemble. She also enjoyed participating in the musicals Boomerang Bay, Dr. Doolittle, and Outrigger Island. Jahri’ Gilmer (Oompa Loompa) is making his debut in the theatre world. He is a straight A student and rising fourth-grader at Cone Elementary. He enjoys reading, singing, and writing poetry. Kevin Herndon (Oompa Loompa) is a rising fifth-grader at Lindley Elementary. He is ten years old and likes pie and video games. He has four sisters and a cat named Biscuit. His activities include church, reading, and First Lego League. Gianna Hill (Oompa Loompa) is a nine-year-old student at Brooks Global. She loves to dance and act. Gianna has performed in CTG’s production of The Wizard of Oz. She also performed in The Wiz with The Pointe Studio of Dance. Natalie Honeycutt (Oompa Loompa) is six years old. She was born on New Year’s Eve, so she’ll always have a party on her birthday! She loves to sing, dance, and make up songs. She also enjoys soccer, swimming, and Polly Pocket. She is a rising first-grader at General Greene Elementary. Skyler Huckaby (Oompa Loompa) is a rising fourth-grader attending Alamance Elementary School. She is eight years old and a member of Girl Scout Troop 41417. Skyler enjoys singing, swimming, and spending time with her friends and family. Maci Hudson (Cook/Dancer, Oompa Loompa) is an eight-year-old rising third-grader at Morehead Elementary Expressive Arts Magnet. She enjoys cheerleading and dancing and is thrilled to be in her first CTG production! Ashley Hyatt (Villager) was born in Jacksonville, NC. She currently lives in Greensboro with her grandma, aunt, and cousin. She is 13 and a rising ninth-grader at Grimsley High School. Brandon Kennedy (Oompa Loompa) is a ten-year-old rising fifth-grader at Florence Elementary School. He loves to sing, dance, act, and make people laugh. Emma Kilpatrick (Oompa Loompa) is a rising third-grader at Peck Elementary. She likes to sing, swim, and make crafts. She also likes school and loves to read. Emma is excited to be making her theatre debut. Sarah King (Ensemble) is a rising tenth-grader at Penn-Griffin School for the Arts. She enjoys theatre as well as playing flute in concert band. Blair Lindley (Oompa Loompa) is a seven-year-old second-grader at Colfax Elementary school. She loves reading and math. This is the first show Blair has been in and she is very excited to be a part of it! Maxwell Lindsay (Oompa Loompa) is nine years old and has always had a touch of drama in his life. He recently joined Lyrics 2 Life Community Mime team and is also a member of Atosphere Benders Hip Hop Community Christian Dance Team. Paula Martinez (Candyman) has been interested in musical theatre her whole life. She’s been singing in choirs since age eight and has been doing theatre since high school. She plans to minor in theatre in college. Benjamin McEntire (Oompa Loompa) is a twelve-year-old rising seventh-grader at Mendenhall Middle School. He enjoys playing trombone, many sports, and being outside as much as possible. Mary Mig McEntire (Grandma Josephine) is a teacher at Joyner Elementary in the Autisitic Inclusion Program. She has been involved in many musical theatre productions, but she especially loves sharing this one with her son. Hannah McKinney (Cook/Dancer, Oompa Loompa) loves to read, write, and sing. She is a rising sixth-grader at Northern Guilford Middle School. Hannah is 11 years old and this is her first CTG production. Celeste Miller (Villager, Squirrel) is a rising fourth-grader. She absolutely loves to sing, dance, and act. She is happy to be in this show with her mom. Traci Miller (Mrs. Teavee) is a wife and a mother of four wonderful kids. She is so honored to be a part of this play, her debut with CTG. She thanks God for his blessings and thanks all of her friends and family for their support. Miya Moore (Villager) is a rising 11th-grader at the Academy at Smith. She is 16 and has been dancing for nine years. She loves to sing and hopes to one day become a veterinarian. Her little brother is five, and she is honored and excited to be a part of this show. Halee Myers (Oompa Loompa) is a seven-year-old rising third-grader at Pearce Elementary. She loves to sing and is excited to be involved in her first CTG production. Halee also enjoys gymnastics and soccer. Clare O’Connor (Oompa Loompa) is a rising fifth-grader at the Academy at Lincoln. She is nine years old and enjoys singing, dancing, and acting. This is her fifth production. Michelle Overcash (Oompa Loompa) is a 13-year-old rising eighth-grader at Northwest Middle School. In 2009 she was in the CTG production of High School Musical and competed in Triad Idol. She enjoys cheerleading, singing, and tumbling. Jamal Pass (Oompa Loompa) is 11 years old and attends Guilford Prep Academy. He is a rising sixth-grader and a straight A student. He is thrilled to be part of Willy Wonka. Karmen Perry (Villager, Wonka Ensemble) is a rising sixth-grader at Northern Middle School. Her hobbies include girl scouts, volleyball, and piano. She is 11 years old and also enjoys dancing, swimming, gymnastics, and singing. Cemere Petty (Oompa Loompa) is a very mature and fun young lady who enjoys making people laugh and having fun. She is an 11-year-old rising sixth-grader at Eastern Middle and wants to be an actress when she grows up. Elijah Petty (Oompa Loompa) is an energetic, happy, six-year-old boy who loves singing and dancing. His signature move is his jump split and he attends Erwin Montessori. Justice Reeves-Burke (Oompa Loompa) is five years old and attends Stokesdale Elementary. This is her first show. She likes to sing, dance, swim, and kayak. Mariam Reid (Oompa Loompa) is a rising second-grader at Shadybrook Elementary. She loves to sing, dance, and play with dolls when not at school. She is seven years old and knows how to twirl the baton and play T-ball. She is a member of the Harris/Mintz Dance Ensemble. Kara Richardson (Oompa Loompa) is a ten-year-old rising sixth-grader at Northern Middle School. She enjoys music, piano, and volleyball. She made her CTG debut as a munchkin in The Wizard of Oz in 2007. Hassan Robertson (Oompa Loompa, Village Child) is making his theatre debut! He is 13 year old and an honor student at Kiser Middle School. Hassan plans to pursue a career in communications with a focus on TV and film production. Alexzandra Robinson (Oompa Loompa) is nine years old and attends Irving Park Elementary. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a member of a competitive dance team, Extravadance & Tumble. Katie Robinson (Ensemble) is a 17-year-old rising 12th-grader at Grimsley High School. She was last seen in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) and is very excited to be a part of Willy Wonka. She sends her love and thanks to her parents, friends, and director Mitchel. Josh Rosenberg (Mr. Bucket) is a reading tutor at Pilot Elementary and a freelance editor. In college he sang with the a-cappella group Pennsylvania Six-5000. Sarah Rosenberg (Oompa Loompa) is a rising third-grader at Pilot Elementary. She previously appeared in CTG’s production of Annie, Jr. She is eight years old and enjoys singing, playing soccer, and swimming. Barb Schrom (Mrs. Bucket) is a seventh-grade teacher at Northwest Middle School (go Rams!). While she may sing and dance in class, this is her first real musical theatre production and she is thrilled to be part of it. Candace Scott (Villager, Ensemble) is a gradutate of North Carolina A&T State University and a fourth-grade teacher at Falkener Elementary. She believes sharing her love of the arts with the community will inspire someone to challenge themselves and try something new as she did. Rebecca Shell ( Oompa Loompa, Village Youth Ensemble, Dancer) is 11 years old and will be a sixth-grader at Mendenhall Middle School. She enjoys tennis, dancing, singing, and tumbling. She loves the theatre and wants to be an actress. Madison Skaar (Oompa Loompa) is making her debut appearance in this production. She will be entering fourth-grade at Northern Elementary School in the fall. Her other interests include cheerleading, swimming, and art. Joshua Smith (Mike Teavee) is a rising sixth-grader. He is 11 years old and enjoys singing and playing both the keyboard and drums. Joshua’s hobbies are running track and playing basketball. Kevin Smith (Oompa Loompa) was inspired by his sister’s school musical, and is making his stage debut at age eight. He is a rising fourth-grader at Peeler and when not reading about airplanes, sharks, or history, he enjoys Cub Scouts and playing baseball. Sabine Smith (Oompa Loompa) is a nine-year-old rising fourth-grader at Sternberger Elementary. She loves dancing, singing, and performing, and is excited to be in her first show. Sabine also plays tennis and swims, loves to read, and watch movies. Mercedez Thomas (Village Ensemble) is a rising ninth-grader at Western High. She is a seasoned member of CTG, having performed in shows such as The Wizard of Oz and 60 Years of Broadway. She would like to thank her family for the support they give her with each show. Savannah Thomas (Oompa Loompa) is an 11-year-old rising sixth-grader. She has three siblings and enjoys singing, reading, and swimming. She performed in Daniel and the Lion’s Den, and has been a soloist twice in The World’s Largest Concert. Elijah Touzoukou (Oompa Loompa) is the six-year-old son of Abdoulaye and Erica Touzoukou. He is a rising first-grader at Alamance Elementary School and enjoys entertaining his older sister and brother. Tristin Troy (Oompa Loompa) is six years old and currently attends Erwin Montessori Elementary. She is a rising second-grader and loves school. This is Tristin’s first time performing in a musical. She loves to sing, dance, read, and do gymnastics. Rachel Tucker (Villager, Wonka Ensemble) is a rising eighth-grader at Kernodle Middle School. She is 13 years old and enjoys singing and musical theatre. She is excited to meet new people and gain acting experience in Willy Wonka. Sarah Tyler (Villager) is a 13-year-old and rising ninth-grader at Grimsley High School. She loves to sing and dance and hang out with friends. She has been seen in numerous school plays but is making her CTG debut with this performance. Linda Veneris (Mrs. Gloop, Co-props master) is the Theatre Arts teacher at Western Guilford High School. She holds a BA in theatre and a minor in voice from Western Carolina University and attended UNCG for Theatre Education. She sends love to Chris and Niko! Davidson Ungurait (Oompa Loompa) is making his second stage appearance after appearing in the Oak Ridge Methodist children’s play. He is six years old and a rising first-grader at Oak Ridge Elementary. Jana Weber (Villager, Wonka Ensemble) has participated in high school drama class for three years and participated in several school productions at Northwest Guilford High. She is 16 and a rising 12th-grader. She is a member of her school’s field hockey team. Bailey Weikel-Feekes (Oompa Loompa) is an 11-year-old who loves singing and reading. Past shows include Dorothy Meets Alice (CTG) and Beautiful Star (Triad Stage.) Joshua Wingfield (Oompa Loompa) is a six-year-old rising second-grader at Falkener Elementary. He is an avid sportsman and likes to play most sports. He is eager to perform in his first musical. Lewis Woods (Grandpa George) is making his first appearance with CTG. He was last seen in Into the Woods at Grimsley, where he is a rising 12th-grader. He would like to thank his parents for driving him to and from rehearsal and his friends for their support.
